Me and the USA team had so much fun during the IPSAF World Pole Sports Championship 2016. We took home

1st place Women`s Senior - Rafaela Montanaro
1st Place Doubles Senior - Polina and Dmitry
2nd and 4th Place Women`s Junior B - Haley Pafford and Mary Armstrong
3rd and 4th Place Women`s Master - Lisa Agliano and Mary Serritella
4th Place Men`s Senior - Melvin Sanches
aaaaand
WE FINISHED 1ST PLACE AS A TEAM!!!!!!

Pole Expo and Colombia

It felt really nice to see my family and friends, revisit studios, hang out at places I used to. I definitely missed the Brazilian warmth and positive vibe.

Back to Florida, Preparing for PSO`s Nationals, my beautiful students and Seattle

Impulse girls and a day in my life

As World Pole Sports Championship 2016 gets closer, my training and diet gets tougher, it`s been hard to cope with the pressure. I am making it though. So watch today`s episode to see what preparing for a world tournament looks like.
