Impulse girls and a day in my life

As World Pole Sports Championship 2016 gets closer, my training and diet gets tougher, it`s been hard to cope with the pressure. I am making it though. So watch today`s episode to see what preparing for a world tournament looks like.
I am also showing some of the ladies I have been teaching at Impulse Pole Studios, they have progressed so much in such little time, makes mama bird very happy :)

Com o World Pole Sports Championship 2016 se aproximando, meus treino e dieta se intensificam, tem sido bem dificil lidar com a pressao. Estou conseguido. Assista ao episodio de hoje para ver como eh se preparar para um campeonato mundial

Southern Pole Championships 2016

Last weekend (June 11th and 12th) the Southern Pole Championship (SPC) took place in Atlanta, GA.What a rush it was!
I am always a little overwhelmed by competitions, and this time I  was actually training for 2 competitions: The SPC, and the World Pole Sports Championship (WPSC). If you follow competitions you know that those two are VERY different in what the judges are looking for, so basically I have been training 2x a day on the pole, one for each comp, and one session of cardio. ugh.... so hard.

No ultimo final de semana (11 e 12 de junho) Aconteceu o Southern Pole Championship (SPC) em Atlanta,GA. Que adrenalina que foi!
Eu quase sempre estou pirando com tantas competicoes que participo, e dessa vez eu estava treinando para duas: o SPC e o World Pole Sports Championship (WPSC). Se voce acompanha as competicoes de pole, sabe que esses dois campeonatos tem exigencias completamente diferentes e o metodo de nota tambem;entao eu estive treinando 2x por dia no pole, uma para cada competicao e 1 sessao de exercicio aerobico por dia. ugh... mto dificil.
Esse video mostra um pouco do meu ultimo dia de treino e os bastidores do SPC. Espero que gostem!

Alright, I`m back at it!

It`s been a (long) while since I posted, but here we go!
The videos now will be in English, since I`m living in Florida now. This first one shows some of my training on and off the pole, and it also shows my boyfriend/coach Robby.
Some parts of the video are not very easy to hear, so turn up the volume all the way!

Miss Pole Dance Glamour 2014

So, the 22nd and 23rd of February happened the third edition of Miss Pole Dance Glamour, in Curitiba, Brazil. One of the rules is that all women must wear HIGH HEELS at least 5cm high! It was a real challenge to most of us! bellow are the results and the video of the event
